Pushback is operated by n34t, LLC (“we”). By using it you agree to these terms.

Not legal or financial advice

Pushback is an AI writing and research tool. It is not a lawyer, and using it doesn't create any professional relationship. Policies and laws change and differ by state; check anything important, and ask a qualified professional or your state's consumer protection office about your situation.

AI can be wrong

Plans and messages are written by an AI model using web search. They can contain mistakes, including about policies, deadlines and laws. Read every message before you send it, and confirm deadlines yourself. We don't guarantee any outcome.

You send the messages

We never contact anyone for you. You're responsible for what you send. Don't use Pushback to make false claims, to harass anyone, or to dispute charges you owe.

Purchases

A case unlock is a one-time purchase ($9, in US dollars) processed by Stripe. There are no subscriptions. If it doesn't help, email hello@n34t.com within 30 days and we'll refund it.

The service

We provide Pushback as is and may change or stop it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Pushback is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
