Pushback

Refunds, bills, rentals and disputes

Don't take the first no.

Snap the bill or the refund they refused. Pushback finds your leverage, writes exactly what to say, and coaches you through every reply until it's settled.

How it works

  1. 1

    Snap it

Take a photo of the bill, the receipt or their refusal, and say what you want. Screenshots of a support chat work too.

  2. 2

    Get your plan

Pushback reads it, researches the company's own policies and your rights, and gives you an honest read, a specific ask, and the exact first message.

  3. 3

    Push back, with a coach

Paste every reply you get. We read what it really means and write your next message, all the way up the escalation ladder if it takes that.

Why the first answer is usually no

The first person you reach reads from a script and can only do so much. Their job is to close the ticket, not to find you money.

Supervisors, retention teams and executive offices can do more, and published policies, warranties and card protections often say you're owed more than you were offered.

Most people stop at the first no because they don't know the next step or what to say. That's the part Pushback does.

Questions

Do you contact the company for me?
No. You send every message yourself, from your own account or phone. That's on purpose: companies take a customer more seriously than a third party, and you stay in control of what's said.
Is this legal advice?
No. Pushback points you to the company's published policies and the consumer rules that usually apply, with sources where it found them. For anything big or legal, talk to a lawyer or your state's consumer protection office.
What happens to my photos?
They're read once to build your plan and never stored. We keep the facts we read from them (like the order number and amount) in your private case so the coaching stays specific.
Will it help me if I'm in the wrong?
It'll tell you honestly if your position is weak, and help you ask for the best realistic outcome. It won't help you make up a defect or a claim that isn't true.
