Privacy

Pushback is run by n34t, LLC. Bills and disputes are personal, so we keep as little as we can. Here is all of it.

Photos and PDFs

Files you add are shrunk in your browser, sent once to build your plan (or read one reply), and never stored. We don't keep copies.

Your case

• We store your case in private storage so its link keeps working: what you typed, the facts we read from your files (such as amounts, dates and order numbers), your plan, and the replies you report.
• There are no accounts. Your case is reachable only through its private link. This browser keeps a list of your links in local storage; it never leaves your device.
• To build your plan, your text and files are sent to an AI model, and short search queries about the company and the rules go to a web search service, both through Vercel's AI Gateway. They aren't used to train models.
• Medical bills: if you add one, the facts we read from it are part of your case. Leave out anything you don't want stored; we only need the amounts, dates and what the charge is for.
• We never contact the company or anyone else about your case.

Paying

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. Stripe shares your email and whether the payment succeeded; we use the email once, to send you your case link.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies, to count page views and a few events (a case was started, a reply was coached, a case was won). Page addresses are recorded without the query string, so your case link isn't.

Deleting your data

Every case has a Delete case button at the bottom, which removes it right away. You can also email hello@n34t.com with the link.
